HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP

We use Royal Mail 48h for all our parcels. Typically items ship within 3-4 business days after payment is received and tracking codes are being sent via email, although this can be longer during special events like website discounts/Black Friday and similar or holiday seasons.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS BEING LOST/STOLEN?

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to help you locate it. Tracking is available online, often updated in real time, with the tracking number assigned to your parcel at checkout. We encourage you to visit your local post office branch to speak with your post master to confirm its whereabouts if you consider it lost or stolen. If your package was insured, you may file a claim at any time through your local branch or online, using the given tracking number. The Crystal Therapy shop is NOT responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Refunds are NOT issued for lost, missing, or stolen mail.
