Shivas carved in Himalayan Quartz are considered energy generators, channeling spiritual energies that promote balance and harmony. They are here to enhance one's connection to higher consciousness and facilitate spiritual growth.

Himalayan Quartz works as any other Quartz crystal, except for the energy it releases. This variety offers one an extremely high vibration to work with and can elevate their consciousness to newer heights. Himalayan Quartz is also extremely hard to get a hold of due to most localities being at such high and steep elevations.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP

We use Royal Mail 48h for all our parcels. Typically items ship within 3-4 business days after payment is received and tracking codes are being sent via email, although this can be longer during special events like website discounts/Black Friday and similar or holiday seasons.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS BEING LOST/STOLEN?

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to help you locate it. Tracking is available online, often updated in real time, with the tracking number assigned to your parcel at checkout. We encourage you to visit your local post office branch to speak with your post master to confirm its whereabouts if you consider it lost or stolen. If your package was insured, you may file a claim at any time through your local branch or online, using the given tracking number. The Crystal Therapy shop is NOT responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Refunds are NOT issued for lost, missing, or stolen mail.
